His research sits at the intersection of technology, politics, and the media, with a particular focus on democratic deliberation and decision-making online. Josh’s previous credits include serving as a research assistant at the University of Oxford’s Internet Institute and as an organizer on President Obama’s re-election campaign.

    Andy is a second-year masters student in Comparative Media Studies and a research assistant in HyperStudio. His work centers on creative infrastructures and the politics of sound technologies, which he explores from various angles within sound studies, interaction design, and the digital humanities.
